Bootcamp

Saturdays, 8 - 9 am 
Consisting of cardio, weight training, teamwork exercise, agility, speed training, and high impact; there's a little something for everyone's fitness goals. Tailored to anyone's fitness level, this a great way to stay fit regardless of this is your first time or your 1000th.

Each session is $10 and you must pay before each session to participate.

5 PM on the Friday before the Saturday Bootcmp.

During colder months (Oct - April) availability is limited to the first 20 people that RSVP each week.

Flex n' Stretch

Tuesdays, 6:00- 6:30pm 
For those wanting something more of athletic stretching and relaxation. Bring your yoga mat and keep your body in motion! 

$50 / month $10 Drop-in

Walk-ins, $10/class (dependent upon availability).
