This Challenge is designed to recharge your fitness and food consistency. While staying consistent you can drop some pounds, inches, build muscle and feel good!
- Create a Habit, be Creative
- Eat Clean
- Stay Consistent
- Sleep 5-8 hours
- Log Your Meals
- Take Measurements
- Post your workout results, healthy meal or ideals on Facebook group 2-3X a week!
- Drink your Water
- Eat ONLY the Foods that are listed
- Use a Mark off calendar
- Workout 20-30- 1 Hr.
- Stretching or Yoga 2 X a Week (10-20 mins or more)
- Distance Cardio 3X a Week (2 miles or more)
- H.I.I.T OR Bootcamp 2-3X a Week (20 min-1 or Hour)
- Weight Train 5-6X a Week
