Small Group Training Sessions
For those wanting accountability, guidance, support, and a more affordable workout, this is the training for you. We will work every major muscle group, your core and your endurance during each session. We limit the size of these groups to ensure each individual in the group gets the most out of their workout, no matter the skill level.
