Small Group Training Sessions
For those wanting accountability, guidance, support, and a more affordable workout, this is the training for you. We will work every major muscle group including your core and your endurance during each session. We limit the size of these groups to ensure each individual in the group gets the most out of their workout, no matter the skill level.
CMP small groups consist of high intensity interval training with strength training, plyometrics, cardio and core stability exercises. Each 50-60 min class is broken down to 10 or more different 1 minute circuits designed to confuse your muscle groups and amp up changes to your body.
