Rules are:

  • Create a Habit, be Creative 
  • Eat Clean
  • Stay Consistent
  • Sleep 5-8 hours 
  • Log Your Meals
  • Take Measurements
  • Post your workout results, healthy meal or ideals on Facebook group 2-3X a week! 
  • Drink your Water
  • Eat ONLY the Foods that are listed
  • Use a Mark off calendar
  • Workout 20-30- 1 Hr.
 
 
Workout Rules:
 
  1. Stretching or Yoga 2 X a Week (10-20 mins or more)
  2. Distance Cardio 3X a Week (2 miles or more)
  3. H.I.I.T OR Bootcamp 2-3X a Week (20 min-1 or Hour)
  4. Weight Train 5-6X a Week
